1. What skin types are AMINU products suitable for?
It differs from product to product. On the product page, under the description section, you can find the skin types that the product is suitable for. We have created a product line that caters to most skin types and skin goals. In case you are not sure which product is best suited for your skin type and skin goal, please reach out to us and our team of experts will help you select the right product/regime for you.
2. Do you test on animals?
We are a 100% cruelty-free brand.
3. Can I use AMINU products during pregnancy?
All Aminu ingredients and manufacturing processes meet the highest safety standards. However, we recommend you speak to your doctor for the best advice on what products you should or should not use during pregnancy based on the product’s ingredients. To help you make an informed decision, we have listed all the ingredients under the ingredient tab on the respective product pages.
4. I reordered a product and I noticed that it looks and smells a little different, why is that so?
Aminu products are made using nature-derived ingredients. The aroma or the color in Aminu skincare is a by-product of these ingredients and can differ from harvest to harvest. However, rest be assured that we do not compromise on the potency of the product.
5. Can I use Aminu’s products with other skincare products?
Yes. Aminu is a solution-oriented skincare line intended to be used with other products and as part of a complete regime. That said, we would recommend that you go through the ingredient list of all the products in your skin regime to make sure they are not compatible. In case you need help figuring out if different products in your skincare regime are compatible, we are just a click (chat) or call away and would be happy to help.
6. I have skin concerns that I’d like to discuss with someone before purchasing. Who can I speak to?

7. I think I had an adverse reaction to one of your products. What should I do?
The adverse reaction could be due to several reasons. We strongly recommend a patch test behind your ears before you use any Aminu product to make sure they are compatible with your skin. In any case do feel free to reach out to us via email, chat, or phone call.
8. How do I know when my product will expire?
You will find the expiry date for each product on the label and carton. Once you have opened the bottle, we recommend that you use the products within three months of opening. Our products are designed to withstand the temperature variation that we normally witness in inhabited parts of the world. However, we would strongly recommend that you keep the products in a cool, dark, and dry place to preserve their efficacy.
Placing Orders, Payment & Billing
1. How do I place an order online?
To place an order, click the “add to basket” button next to any product you wish to purchase. Once you have added all products to your basket, click on the “checkout” button on the upper right corner of the web page to checkout. The site will then guide you through the necessary steps to gather the necessary information to get your order to you accurately and promptly. 2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept both prepaid and cash on delivery orders. Based on your convivence, you can either pay online via all major debit/credit cards, net banking, e-wallets, or UPI. Otherwise, you can also pay by cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
3. What can I do if my payment is declined?
If payment is declined, please contact your bank or credit card company. If you encounter any further difficulties or have any additional questions, please call our customer care team at +91 8591110603 from 10:00 am- 7:00 pm (IST) all 7 days of the week. You can also contact us via email at email@example.com. All online payments are securely handled by our payment gateway partner Razorpay.

5. I am a first-time buyer, where do I start?
Before embarking on your journey to healthy and beautiful skin with Aminu, we recommend that you talk to one of our skin experts to assess your skin’s needs and skin goals and find out the most optimal skincare regime to achieve healthy glowing skin. 6. I forgot my password and unable to change it. What should I do?
You can request a new password from the Sign In section of the site. Click on the “Forgot Your Password” link, enter your email address, and submit a request. You will receive a one-time-password (OTP), enter OTP in the field, and click submit. You will be prompted to reset the new password on validation.
7. What should I do if I can’t complete the checkout process?
If you have correctly entered all your information and are unable to complete the checkout process, we may need further information. Gifts, Damaged Goods, Return & Exchange
1. Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, and we would be happy to put a little message from you. At the checking out, you will be asked if you want to write a message, use that space to let us know what you want us to write in the note on your behalf.
2. How do I use a promo code?
Simply apply your promo code during checkout. Please note that only one promo code can be used at any one time. Note: Offers that are advertised on our website without a promo code will be automatically applied at checkout. In this instance, separate promo codes can be used in conjunction with the aforementioned advertised offers.
3. Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you placed your order after signing in, you can also find your order information within the My Account section. Click on Purchase History to see a detailed history of your orders.
4. How do I update my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible, with your order number, if you would like to cancel or modify your order. We usually process orders as soon as we receive them but we’ll try our best to fulfil your request.
5. How can I check the status of my order?

6. Can I cancel my order?
Please contact email@example.com within 24h of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, if the 24hr timeline has passed, there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed and processed.
7. Can I exchange my product?
We apologize, but we currently do not offer exchanges due to changes that may affect pricing and the total value of your order. Even though in certain circumstances you can always reach out to our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best.
8. The product was damaged at the time of delivery. What do I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you receive the order and our customer support team will assist you. Please note that the request for damage during transit will be considered only within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery & Shipping
1. Where does AMINU ship?
Currently, we are accepting orders only for India via the shop on the website. In case you want to place an order outside India please talk to us on chat or call and we will be more than happy to take your order and ship you Aminu products.
2. How can I edit my shipping address?
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as soon as possible. It may not be possible to change the address, in case the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment center.
3. How quickly can I receive my order?
Delivery times will depend on the city/town you are in. Shipments usually take up to 7 business days upon order confirmation.
