BILLING POLICIES

Payment Options 

We (Aminu) accept payments via the following modes:

  1. Domestic & International credit or debit cards that are part of the Visa, Mastercard, Rupay and American Express network
  2. Unified Payment Interface (UPI) such as Google Pay
  3. Payment Wallets such as Paytm
  4. Net-banking from select banks (the full list is available at the time of payment, prior to completing the transaction)
  5. Cash on Delivery (COD) collected by our logistics partner at the time of delivery.

Please note that for Visa and MasterCard you will require to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number while making the payment. The transaction will appear on your credit card statement or bank statement as a payment to Aminu Skincare / Razorpay.  

Pricing Policy

The product prices listed are current and updated. However, the prices are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. All orders on this website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and the prices are inclusive of all taxes. Our products are liable for GST in India. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of order placement. 

Payment Security

Any information you enter when transacting on this website is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. 

International Billing

We accept payment in international currency through Paypal and International Debit/Credit Card. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or message.  

We at Aminu take extreme care in putting together your order and to hand over to our delivery partners. We regret we cannot be held responsible for delays due to courier company issues, any unforeseen customs delays, natural calamities, natural disasters, issues out of our control, local or international customs, taxes or additional fees your country may levy. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping throughout India. Please note that international shipping will vary depending on the place of delivery. Please contact us at care@aminu.life for more details.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email & WhatsApp message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  

International Shipping Policy

  1. We take 6-8 business days for international deliveries. However, on rare occasions, particularly during festive seasons, there might be a slight extension in the delivery timeline. Additionally, external factors or natural calamities may also cause a delay. 
  2. Shipping charges are applicable and may vary due to location, size, type, product, or package. 
  3. Please note international deliveries may be subject to the CUSTOM DUTIES that the customer will have to pay for receiving the package. We only charge shipping fees and DO NOT COVER FOR CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGE / IMPORT DUTY / OTHER APPLICABLE GOVERNMENT TAXES ON ARRIVAL IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY).
  4. Please take note that in case of international shipments, the Custom authorities in some countries may open our packages for inspection. 
  5. Orders once dispatched from our warehouse, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer returns or exchanges on delivered orders. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase. If you have questions or need help choosing the right product for your skin, our customer care team is always here to assist you before placing your order.

1. Patch Test & Sensitivities: Our products are formulated with utmost care using high-quality, effective ingredients, including many that are naturally derived. However, some people may be allergic/sensitive to specific ingredients, even to natural plant-based or well-tolerated ones.We recommend:

  • Carefully reviewing the full ingredient list for any known sensitivities
  • Performing a patch test behind the ear or on the inner elbow before full use
  • Using products only as directed and on unbroken skin

If irritation occurs, stop use immediately and rinse thoroughly with water. Aminu is not liable for allergic reactions, breakouts, or irritation that may occur, as each person’s skin may respond differently.

These do not affect the efficacy or safety of the product. Skincare results may vary depending on your unique skin type, condition, and routine.Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted based on dissatisfaction with expected results or color/texture/scent, or due to pre-existing skin conditions.

2. Damaged products during shipping: If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or appears to be defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@aminu.life or via WhatsApp at +91-9324752679. Kindly include your order number and supporting photographs of the issue. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.

3. Split COD & Partial Payments: Orders placed using Split COD (Cash on Delivery) or with a partial advance payment are not eligible for refunds, even in the event of a return. This policy covers the processing, handling, and operational costs incurred in fulfilling such orders.
