The failure of Aminu Wellness Pvt. We aim to resolve any concern or complaint promptly and fairly through our internal resolution process. If a dispute remains unresolved, it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties. If the parties fail to agree within 30 days, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The language of the arbitration shall be English, and the seat and venue shall be Mumbai, India.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, arbitration under these Terms shall not be combined with any arbitration involving any other party.

Aminu Wellness Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights, pending the completion of arbitration.

Amendments:

Aminu reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on the Website with the effective date. Your continued use of the Website following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Assignment:

You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement to anyone. Aminu Wellness Pvt. Ltd. may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you.
